Products
Staccato Audio products are specialist audio components. Made-to-order items, custom finishes, and availability windows are described on each product page. Colours, scale, and finish can vary slightly between screens and real products.
Orders and payment
Prices, vouchers, shipping, and taxes shown at checkout apply at the time of purchase. Secure card payment is handled by Stripe. An order is accepted after successful payment confirmation and the checkout displays an order reference. Single-unit products may then be marked sold; made-to-order products enter preparation.
Shipping
Shipping options and costs are shown before payment. Delivery times depend on destination, carrier, customs, and product preparation.
Returns and cancellations
Consumers may withdraw from a standard online purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving any reason. This does not apply to products made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised, including custom amplifier finishes or bespoke configurations. The buyer bears the direct cost of return shipping unless we expressly state otherwise before purchase. We refund the product price and the cheapest standard outbound delivery method offered at checkout. If the customer chose premium shipping, only the standard delivery cost is refundable. The refund may be withheld until we receive the returned product or proof of return shipment.
Returned products may be inspected as they would be in a physical store. If the product is damaged or handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, the refund may be reduced proportionally.
Compatibility and installation
Discrete opamps and adapters must be compatible with the host device, pinout, available space, and supply requirements. Check the product information and ask us before ordering if you are unsure. Installation should be carried out by a suitably experienced person with equipment powered off.
Complaints and statutory rights
If a product is damaged, incorrect, or not in conformity with the order, contact jho@staccatoaudio.com with the order details and photographs where useful. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability for other losses is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country.
