Delivery is available to Poland, the European Union, and supported international destinations. Enter the delivery country at checkout to see the applicable method and current price before payment. If your country cannot be selected, contact us before ordering.
Packing
Audio components are packed carefully for electronics transport, with protection appropriate to the size, finish, and sensitivity of the product.
Customs
International buyers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, or import taxes charged by their destination country.
Dispatch and tracking
Product pages identify made-to-order lead times where applicable. Transit time begins after preparation and depends on the destination and carrier. Registered customers can review order status in their account; other buyers can contact us with the checkout reference for an update.
Returns
Contact us at jho@staccatoaudio.com within 14 days of receiving a standard product to exercise the consumer withdrawal right. We will confirm the return destination and instructions before anything is shipped back. The buyer pays the direct return cost unless stated otherwise before purchase. We refund the product price and the cheapest standard outbound delivery method offered at checkout; a premium shipping upgrade is not refunded beyond that standard cost. Refunds use the original payment method and may be withheld until we receive the product or proof of return shipment.
Custom or clearly personalised products, including custom amplifier finishes or bespoke configurations, are excluded from the withdrawal right. Returned products may be handled only as needed to inspect them. A refund may be reduced for damage or handling beyond that inspection.
Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and contact us as soon as possible so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
