What we collect
We collect information needed to run the audio storefront and fulfil orders: name, email, mobile phone number, shipping address, cart contents, order history, voucher use, payment status, and messages you send to us.
Purposes and legal bases
We use order and delivery data to perform the sales contract; retain records to meet legal, tax, and accounting duties; and use limited technical data where necessary for the legitimate interests of fraud prevention, service security, and customer support. Optional analytics or marketing storage is used only with consent.
Payments and processors
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on this website. Hosting, email, payment, shipping, and technical providers may process data only as needed to provide their services.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies support cart, CSRF security, language choice, and admin access. Optional analytics and marketing storage are disabled unless you consent in the cookie preferences panel.
Retention
Order and accounting records are retained for the period required by applicable law. Enquiries, sessions, and technical records are kept only while needed to answer the request, operate the service, protect it, or resolve a dispute.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority or the authority where you live.
