Made to order, the OSH-S is a single Open Sound Hybrid discrete opamp for high-end DACs and preamplifiers. Staccato uses J-FET devices in both the input and output stages with high bias current to pursue low open-loop distortion dominated by second harmonic behavior.

The output source follower uses an active current source, allowing higher output current than the bias current. Units are manufactured in matched batches so the pairing and quality control stay consistent.
